Do I need to download anything to use Re-marriage.com Messenger?
No, you don't have to download any application to use Re-marriage.com Messenger. The Messenger will work without problems in most browsers.
However, you do need to have the latest Flash plug-in in your browser. If you dont have the required Flash plug-in. Get the latest version of Flash plug-in here.

When I login to Re-marriage.com, am I immediately available for Re-marriage.com Messenger to chat?
When you login to Re-marriage.com, the messenger window will launch automatically. However, it will not open, if you have installed a pop-up blocker feature on your machine.
If the Messenger window has not launched automatically, you can launch it manually using the "Launch Re-marriage.com Messenger" option on top of every page.
NOTE: To send and receive chat requests, you must have the Messenger Window open at all times.

What is a pop-up blocker?
Pop-up blocker is a feature which prevents involuntary pop-ups (e.g. ads) from opening up in your browser. This is achieved through browser toolbars (e.g. Google or MSN Toolbar, Yahoo Companion, etc) or system security products (e.g. McAfee or Norton Internet Security).
If you use such a pop-up blocker, your Re-marriage.com Messenger will not be automatically launched when you login, and you will not receive chat requests. So we recommend you to disable such pop-up blockers before using Re-marriage.com.
However, if you don't wish to disable your pop-up blocker, you can still launch Re-marriage.com Messenger manually using the "Launch Re-marriage.com Messenger" option on top of every page.

How is Re-marriage.com Messenger different from Yahoo Messenger or MSN messenger?
Re-marriage.com Messenger works only with Re-marriage.com members whereas MSN & Yahoo Messengers work with members of MSN & Yahoo respectively.
Also, both these messengers require you to download an application but Re-marriage.com Messenger doesn't require any application to download, it works on a Flash plug-in available in most browsers.

All members of Re-marriage.com can use Re-marriage.com Messenger. FREE members can receive chat requests from paid members. Paid members can initiate chat to all Re-marriage.com members.

How can I find out who’s online now?
All profiles and search results will tell you when someone’s online now. An image will appear on the right side of members Profile ID.
You can also use the Who is Online page to find members who are online.

How do I change my availability status?
If you are a Paid member, you can change your status to Online  or set as Busy  from the Messenger Window itself.
If you are a free member, you can only change your status to Offline by closing the Messenger Window.

What should I do if I’m having technical difficulties?
Please check if you have the latest Flash plug-in for your browser. Also, if you are connected to the Internet through a firewall, make sure that your settings allow access to Re-marriage.com Messenger.
