Position: Senior Web Developer
Location: Mumbai (India)
Should have an in-depth development experience with Web Technologies like PHP and databases. Hard core experience of at least 3+ years.
Requirements:
3-5 years Web development experience
B.A./B.Com/B.Sc/Diploma/B.E/MCA from a reputed college
PHP, Perl, MySQL, HTML, DHTML, XML, ASP, J2EE, JSP, CSS & Java Script
Solid understanding of database technologies and product development methodologies
Familiarity with web technology trends and the evolution of the Internet
Ability to effectively communicate and work with team members
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Detail oriented and ability to organize
Problem-solving, innovation skills are a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Must have an enterprising attitude and will to perform and accept challenges
Position: Senior Web Designer
Location: Mumbai (India)
Should be very creative, have In-depth knowledge and expert skills in web designing technologies. Hard core experience of at least 3+ years.
Requirements:
3-5 years Web designing experience
B.A./B.Com/B.Sc/Diploma/B.E/MCA from a reputed college
Photoshop, ImageReady, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, CSS & Java Script
Creative ability to convert business objectives into professional web design
Must have a strong sense of design
Must demonstrate strong design skills including screen layouts, information design and should have a great eye for detail. A deep understanding of color, space, typography and web UI standards is required.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to effectively communicate and work with team members
Responsibilities/Role Description:
Conceptualize, propose and implement new and improved design concepts in order to continuously improve the usability, likeability and branding of the Re-marriage.com website.
Responsible for the conceptualization, design, and implementation of various online ad campaign elements such as banners / newsletters / microsites / logos etc
Implement and continuously improve a new Re-marriage.com web style guide / web design patterns.
Position: Customer Support Officer - CSO
Location: Mumbai (India)
2+ years in customer support or communications division. You are a savvy seller, smooth talker and go-getter.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (Communications, English and/or Computers)
Fluency with general desktop productivity software
Some experience with HTML
Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
Problem-solving, innovation skills and creativity are a must
Familiar with effective objection handling
Must have strong sense of giving Quality customer service
At least 2 years experience developing the above skills
Additional Desirable Qualities:
An enthusiastic attitude - motivated to contribute and do what it takes to get things done
Personal Maturity - understands own strengths and weaknesses, has professional standards with regard to attendance, personal accountability, and integrity
Prior experience in the matrimonial industry would be an advantage but not essential
Experience working with a consumer facing company preferably in a sales or marketing position
Call center experience and/or Database marketing
Responsibilities/Role Description:
Communicating effectively and efficiently with Re-marriage.com customers
Understanding and analyzing the Re-marriage.com work flow and providing input to improve it
Recording customer feedback appropriately and providing feedback to the web development team
Recommending processes, templates, and standards (including escalation procedures) for customer support
Working with the team to develop and update the Help section and FAQs on Re-marriage.com
Suggesting new ways as well as methods and channels to provide better customer support
Interfacing with walk-in customers
Keeping customers informed of developments at Re-marriage.com via newsletters and exception reporting
Assisting with profile screening procedures and improving the same
Helping the Customer Support Manager, to maintain a knowledge base on customer support with information on the latest trends and best practices in the industry
Working with the Customer Support Manager and Lead to implement a progressive database marketing strategy
Provide Personalized Courteous Service to VIP Members by personally assisting them through the entire process of finding a suitable marriage partner
Any other duties which might assigned or request by the management
